Bangalore's Christ University will soon launch its own television channel.
They already have an online television channel and also an online radio channel.
According to reports, the journalism department students of Christ University took initiative for the television channel and also conducted auditions for the same.
There will be a news bulletin broadcast every Friday.
There are also plans to show entertainment and education programmes on the channel.
Reports also suggest that the channel, which is under a trial run, will be officially launched after the university’s mid-semester examinations.
