Monster.com will now help Indian college students to find jobs more easily and online.
Monsterindia.com has launched Monster College — an all-India online campus placement programme. Monster College has tied up with companies like Syntel to help them source the right talent from around 2,000 engineering colleges in India.
For using this facility, colleges will have to register and get their entire student database online. Required credentials will be provided to the registered colleges and students, where colleges and recruiting companies will have an access to the information.
Sanjay Modi, Managing Director, Monster.com (India/Middle East/ Southeast Asia) said in a statement that Monster College aimed to convert the art of campus hiring into a science.
The aim is to connect students to over 20,000 employers across various sectors.
These include 98 percent of Fortune 1000 companies along with other leading Indian and Multinational organization.
